Career Counselling & Placement Cell

SSJSMM ensures that all its students, no matter what they choose to study, develop professional competencies in order to prepare them for successful careers. Expert professionals in their respective fields are invited to impart training to the students in order to develop their skills.

The career counselling and placement cell chalks out various enrichment programmes and undertakes counselling about varied career options. It holds campus recruitments throughout the year. Pre-placement talks, seminars, presentations and workshops are also organized from time-to-time. Activities like campus interviews and lectures are also held in order to offer information about entrepreneurship and ideas on career enrichment.

Activities at a Glance:

• Personality Development Orientation Programme was conducted by Mrs. Hema Chawla and Dr. Swati Jain in which they guided the students about different career options
• Corporate Trainer, Ms. Anjana Periwal organised a 4-day workshop on "Well Being and Career Development" in the college.
• A five-day workshop on Entrepreneurship Development, “Changing the Mindset Programme” was organised by the college in collaboration with I Create, Rajasthan.
• Personality Development Classes were held throughout the year with the aim to hone the soft skills and interview skills of the students
