Fee Structure

Fee Regulations

  1. Every student seeking admission in the college shall have to deposit the requisite fee by the last date. In case, the fee is not deposited by the due date, admission will be considered null and void.
  2. At the time of admission, entire annual fee, caution money and other fee have to be deposited in a single installment.It is mandatory to deposit the fee for the whole session even if a student seeks admission in mid- session.
  3. Information about the University Examination fee will be put up on the college notice board at the appropriate time. Students will have to deposit the examination form (online) and fee before the last date. The college will not be responsible for any fault on the student's part.
  4. Students may choose any of the following payment modes to deposit the admission fee :-
  • Students can pay the admission fee online through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net-banking/UPI by visiting the college website www.subodhmahilacollege.com

or

  • Students can deposit the fee through cash by generating challan from the college website www.subodhmahilacollege.com and deposit it at any of the ICICI Bank branches.

or

  • Students can deposit the fee by Demand Draft drawn in favour of: Principal, S. S. Jain Subodh P. G. Mahila Mahavidhyalaya, Jaipur.
  1. Except the caution money for rest of the fee, See Fee Refund Policy.
  2. Caution money is returned within one year of passing the last examination. Applications for its refund is invited in the month of November and the caution money is returned in the months of December and January. After January, the caution money will not be refunded and instead be transferred to the college students' fund.
  3. Please inform the college office if you leave the college in mid- session.
  4. Parents/ Guardians will be solely responsible for all the fees and dues, if any.
  5. Regular students seeking admission in Part-II and III, are required to fill readmission forms within 15 days from the date of declaration of their result, otherwise they will have to pay the late fee prescribed by the college.

  • The college truly cares about the safety and well-being of the students. To this effect, all the students are covered under an insurance policy with The New India Assurance Company Ltd.
  • Under the terms of this policy, every student is insured up to ` 1, 00,000/- in case of accidental death or permanent disability.
