Alumnae Speaks
Dr. Rama Solanki
Sr. Journalist,Consultant Editor. Google Trainer,GNI
As alumni of Subodh Mahavidyalaya, I am honoured to reflect on my journey and share insights with current students, faculty, and staff during this special college souvenir. My time spent at Subodh holds a special place in my heart, and it is a great pleasure to reconnect with old memories in this capacity. During my graduation study at Subodh Mahavidyalaya from 1999 to 2002, I experienced transformative moments that shaped not only my academic and professional endeavours but also my personal development. The learning, collaboration, and leadership opportunities my college provided were instrumental in preparing me for the challenges and successes that lie ahead after graduation. During that time, Rama Solanki of Subodh Mahavidyalaya always stands first in the debate competitions held in any college or government institute anywhere in Jaipur. The then Principal of the college, Mrs.Vijay Lakshmi Chouradia, used to encourage and reward me separately by organizing special functions. Her encouragement and guidance have become my career/ profession today.
As I look back on my time on campus, I remember the environment that fostered creativity, critical thinking, and innovation. The relationships I built with professors, mentors, and peers continue to influence and inspire me in my endeavours today. The diverse perspectives and experiences within the college community have enriched my understanding of the world and broadened my horizons.
I'm excited to see the incredible contributions each of you makes going forward. Let us together maintain the legacy of excellence and service that defines the spirit of Subodh Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur.
Regards
Dr Rama Solanki

Dear Respected Teachers and Peers
Whenever I'm asked about my journey as a Radio Jockey and actor, I'm instantly transported back to my college days, where I discovered my true potential. It all began during the freshers' party, when I took the stage and left the audience in stitches. That's when I realized I was meant for this career.
I owe a huge debt of gratitude to my faculties, who believed in me and gave me the platform to showcase my talents. I was honored with the Subodh Surbhi award: an All-Rounder recognition, and also won a Bronze medal in gymnastics. I explored various aspects of performing arts, including comedy acts, anchoring, and more.
After college, I knew I wanted to pursue radio, and I'm nowa proud evening show host on Radio City, 91.1 FM in Jaipur. I've also participated in Dellywood Miss India 2018, where I won the title of Miss India Rajasthan 2018. My journey has taken me through reality TV shows on Zing TV, lead roles in Rajasthani songs, and content creation, with over 2 lakh subscribers on Instagram and YouTube. My popular character, "Laltaji Ji," has gained a massive following, and I'm excited to announce my upcoming Bollywood debut.
