Rules & Eligibility to Join Alumnae Association

Any student who passes from S.S Jain Subodh PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur, and has passed at least one level exam shall be eligible to be a member of the Association. There shall be two categories of members:

• Founder Membership: Individuals nominated by the patron to the first executive committee of the Association will hold the status of Founder Members and will be entitled to vote.
• Life Membership: Upon application and a single payment of ₹500 (Rupees Five Hundred only), alumnae shall be granted Life Membership in the Association, with the privilege of exemption from annual subscription fees.

Termination of Membership 

The Executive Committee holds the authority to terminate or refuse membership in S.S Jain Subodh PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya in the following circumstances:

• Circumstances of Incapacity or Legal Disqualification: Membership will cease upon a member's death, incapacitation due to unsound mind, or conviction of a criminal offense involving moral turpitude.
• Voluntary Resignation: Resignation from membership must be formally submitted to the President and will be effective only upon acceptance by the Executive Committee on behalf of the Association.
• Disciplinary Expulsion: The Executive Committee is empowered to expel a member for deliberate violation of the Association's regulations or for misconduct, provided that the member is afforded a chance to present their explanation.
