General Instruction for filling Online Admission 2023-24

  • Before applying online for Admission Application Form, students are advised to download the admission instructions and read it carefully.
  • Online Admission Application Form can be filled from the college website: www.subodhmahilacollege.com.
  • Fill all the information of Admission Form carefully and correctly; otherwise form may be rejected.
  • Applicants should enter own or Parent’s valid Mobile Number and E-mail Id on which SMS or E-mail can be sent by the college for further information.
  • Fees once deposited, will not be refunded under any condition.


Steps to be followed:

  1. Open website www.subodhmahilacollege.com, click on “Admission 23-24” button on Home page.
  2. Click on “REGISTRATION” button available for admission 2023-24. Enter your details in Enquiry Form displayed. Enter your details & correct mobile Number, an OTP will be sent on the registered mobile number for mobile number verification. Click on “Apply” button
  3. The Username and Password will be sent on registered mobile number and on registered E-mail id for login.
  4. Fill the application form and upload required documents carefully. Fill course details (wherever required), personal details, contact details, academic qualification details carefully and upload required documents.
    (All documents must be self-attested and only in jpg, jpeg or pdf format).
  5. Click on “Confirm and Submit” button, after which no editing can be done.
  6. Pay Admission Application Form fee of Rs 300 +surcharge through Debit Card/ Credit Card / Net-Banking/ UPI.
    In case, payment is failed and amount is debited, don't make payment again. contact to admission committee members for the respective class. (Contact numbers mentioned on website in contact page).
  7. SMS or E-mail will be sent to you regarding Admission Fee payment & cut-off list (if applicable). Check Cut-off list in notice section available on homepage of the website.
  8. Students may choose any of the following payment modes to deposit the admission fee, after receiving SMS or E-mail of admission fee payment: -
    Login with your Username and Password on your admission panel and you can pay admission fee by clicking on “Pay Now” button available in your DASHBOARD.
  9. Make payment of the prescribed Admission Fee through Debit card/ Credit card/ Net-banking/ UPI.
    Take printouts of Admission Form, Registration E-receipt and Admission Fee E-receipt that will be sent on your registered E-mail id or you can download it from your login. Link is available in DASHBOARD.
  10. After successfully submitting the fee, the student should submit the following documents in the college:


For Year I and P.G - Previous

  • Self-attested photocopy of marksheet of class X for the verification of Date of Birth.
  • Self-attested Two copies of class XII marksheet or the last qualifying examination. Third year marksheet (If Third Year Passed) or First Year and Second Year marksheet (If Third year exams / result awaited) for P.G. Previous year applicants.
  • Self-attested photocopy of Transfer Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/SBC/Minority (specify) candidates.
  • Two copies of Migration Certificate (in case of students of any board other than RBSE or any University other than University of Rajasthan).
  • Self-attested photocopy of Aadhar Card .
  • Printed hard copies of the proforma, filled and signed by the student and parents obtained by submitting the undertaking on www.antiragging.in or www.amanmovement.org.
  • Registration E- receipt.
  • Admission Form.
  • Original marksheet of Senior Secondary or Other qualifying examination will have to be shown at the time of admission, without which the admission will not be confirmed.
  • Original Migration Certificate (wherever required) and Transfer Certificate will have to be submitted at the time of admission, without which the admission will not be confirmed. Students must keep extra photocopies of the original documents they are submitting in the college, as these will be sent to the University of Rajasthan for their enrolment process, therefore will not be returned.


For Year-II & III and PG ( Final)

  • I year marksheet for Second year applicants
  • II year marksheet for Third year applicants
  • P.G. Previous year marksheet for PG – Final year applicants
  • Aadhar Card
  • Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/SBC/Minority (specify) candidates.
  • Income Certificate
  • Printed hard copies of the proforma, filled and signed by the student and parents obtained by submitting the undertaking on www.antiragging.in or www.amanmovement.org
  1. Students can collect the original Admission Fee –receipt from the college office on working days. You will be informed further for the classes.
     
  2. Cancellation / Refund Policy
  • There is NO CANCELLATION / REFUND of Registration Charges / Fee deposited once.
  • Students/Parents can approach the Accounts Department of SS Jain Subodh PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, in case of any refund query.

  • By submitting a payment through the online payment gateway, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions including any updated changes in terms and conditions from time to time through our website.
  • Mode of Payments: NET BANKING / DEBIT CARD / CREDIT CARD / WALLET
